These terms govern afterdark.kohl.page (“After Dark”), the adult imprint of Kohl.

1. Adults only

You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

3. Content standards

We do not publish, and will never publish, content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor, non-consensual acts presented approvingly, real or identifiable people, or explicit depictions of genitalia or sexual acts.

4. Personal use only

All works are protected by copyright. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to read them on this site. You may not download, copy, screenshot for redistribution, scrape, reupload, resell, or share any page. Each page you view carries an identifier linked to your reading session; redistributed pages can be traced, and access may be revoked.

5. Availability

We may change, suspend, or remove any work or the site itself at any time without notice.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
